Assistant Professor of Psychology – Open Area
The Department of Psychology in the W. H. Sutton School of Social Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 2020. Area of specialization could include, but is not limited to, cognitive, health, developmental, social, industrial/organizational, or learning. Strong quantitative skills are a must. PhD in Psychology or related field by August 2020 preferred; ABD considered. Course load is four per semester. Research activities that emphasize undergraduate student collaboration are expected. Applicants should demonstrate commitment to the university’s mission, undergraduate teaching, research, and professional development.
